Time Warner came to my house today. Great technician, checked my lines was very nice and friendly. He switched out my Docsis and reinforced my line and everything was running perfectly. Time Warner calls my phone and I fill out a perfect survey, and then answered the questions if my service was up and running. Naturally I gave him 10s across the board. As soon as I hung up the phone... ALL OF MY DEVICES DISCONNECT AND MY NET GOES BACK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I call up to TWC and I get this Indian guy that is trying to troubleshoot my damn computer. He keeps telling me to do things, asking me if I have anti virus that could be blocking the internet. I respond to like 6 questions with Its not my computer My computer is not the issue Please stop asking me if I have installed software on my computer... So then the dude tells me... Take my ethernet cord out and switch the ends.. All this while Im looking at my modem lights dancing offline, and not synced. If DSL ever steps up its DL/Upload speed, I am leaving TWC... They messed up by outsourcing their customer service.
