Time for another rant!! I am not gonna mention any names but I really need to vent. I know a young man who has had several concussions who recently told me he was not going to play football for Plattsburg High School this Fall. He told me he had decided his health was far more important than Football and I was very proud of him for deciding that. Even though the Football coach at Plattsburg knew of his past injuries he wanted him to play. Even though some of his “Buddies” knew of his past concussions and know what the consequences could be to him, they still tried to talk him into playing. What kind of chickenshit coach or what kind of selfish weasel friends would possibly want him to play knowing he could sustain irreparable damage to himself? Well guess what? Between the chickenshit and the weasels they talked him into playing! To make it worse these “Buddies” know his folks, his mom is one the nicest people on the face of this Earth! Not too happy with his Dad right now but he is a great guy but needs to tell his son “NO”! Well “Buddies”, know this, his mom is probably going to worry herself sick this season. She will cry numerous times worried for her son’s health. I love this kid and his whole family, been friends since our boys were little and it infuriates me that these “Buddies” are so selfish that they would endanger their “friend”. I am so glad my son doesn’t have friends that will sacrifice him for a game. Chickenshits and weasels will say that I just want this young man to play soccer for me this season. Of course I do but I would never sacrifice any of my soccer kids for a win and have no problem pulling players even if we may lose. Funny, (not really), how people you are supposed to trust are so willing to cripple you. I may be an As$hole but I am not a chickenshit or a weasel! You cant fix stupid.
