Time to start worrying about my physical an spiritual wellness! Im planning on changing quite a few things. •smoke less (eventually quit) •make a point everyday to make someone elses day better. •work toward my life goals an try harder •exercise more often •meditate & yoga • I love food but Ill try to make healthier choices and work on my portions, Im trying tofu for the first time ever tomorrow. •be more out going and meet new people. •fix my sleeping scedule •be more considerate of others. •get some self esteem. •work on y priorities. An the list goes on, everything starts tomorrow with waking up before 10 am and cleaning this apartment. #excitedforanewme!
