Minimum Requirements 2 - 5 years sales management experience Ability to manage a team of no less than 5 people Ability to select, train, mentor and develop staff Strong understanding of forecasting Must have strong critical reasoning ability Must have strong negotiation skill, extremely convincing and be persistant IMM advantageous or Tertiary Education preferable Job Specification Plan and carry out direct sales activities to set budgets, sales volumes, prices, values, product mix and timescales Meet sales/gross profit targets in line with budget Maintain and develop existing and new customers/territories through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order-processing staff Liaise and attend meetings including trials with other company functions necessary to perform duties, aid business and organizational development Function as a techno representative of the company Attend and conduct training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
