Then go to My Account in the upper right hand corner, go to inmate information. and in the add an inmate state is Ohio and ID is A563079. Now if you want to be old fashion and write him and mail a letter. Envelope has to be addressed like this: line 1: Matthew Clingerman #563079 line 2: R.I.C.I line 3: P.O. Box 8107 line 4: Mansfield, OH, 44901 He is a great guy. He is in Richland until 2019.
