U.S. FLAG -Seeking experienced AMERICAN First-mate for 154-ft private motor yacht based in south Florida for the winter and New England for the summer - , 7 crew. This is not a party boat. During the summer, the owners use the boat every weekend for trips to various locations. During the winter they are liveaboard and the boat does not move much. Ideal candidate has at least a USCG Masters 100-ton license, STCW, and solid experience on deck, watchstanding, etc. Self-starter, responsible. Vessel is finishing up a refit in Virginia and will return to south Florida. Vessel went to minimal manning during the refit and is now ready to fill out the crew. Start Date is ASAP.
