To give an update. Over the last several months Tony has had several different types of chemo treatments. Each treatment has been used to the fullest. All having different side effects. The last round of treatments kicked his butt with severe headaches to the point he was admitted at AAMC for a night. After several CT scans and a PET scan at Hopkins they found nothing wrong. The headaches are better. So what does all this mean? Tony has been approved for a clinical trial, now we wait for an opening in the clinical trial. Once the opening is available and the insurance company approves the trial he will start the trial. It will have its own set of side effects he may or may not have. We do not know how long he will be on the trial - it will depend on how his body handles everything. For the moment he is off chemo and we wait ....He looks great and our spirits and strength have never been better. We continue to pray to St. Jude and St Rita for the miracle of good health.
