To me, whether or not you agree with Seans outpost , to want to - TopicsExpress

To me, whether or not you agree with Seans outpost , to want to fire a person who does their job in a legal manner because they didnt do exactly what you wanted seems wrong. If they have the right to fire a magistrate whose ruling doesnt fit their agenda, doesnt that call into question the fairness of the whole legal system. Is the system in place to weigh evidence or just enforce a certain agenda when certain people call for it too. If this kind of thing can happen, then how can the law ever be fairly or equally applied when all you have to do is have a commissioner threaten to fire the magistrate. I guess this would be great if you have influence, not so great if you have to fight back against those with influence.
