From: Niall: Address withheld from the internet :p Date: Dear solicitor(name withheld), Thank you for your letter dated 5th November 2014 in which you answer just one of the questions asked in my letter dated 3rd November 2014, I acknowledge that neither Mr Charles Royale nor yourself stand in lawful rebellion under article 61 Magna Carta 1215, here are the questions you failed to answer - In your letter dated 22nd October 2014 addressed to Niall Dixon you have enclosed papers on which the name Niall DIXON is written, can you explain the reason for the different way to write the same name for me please? If I told the court/ Mr Hetherington (DBA) his honour judge Hetherington that I am a man, not a person nor a legal fiction & that I am not acting in commerce & stand in lawful rebellion under article 61 MC 1215 & presented the court with the documents to prove it, why is it that I have not a response from them or you to the contrary of this? Can you tell me the name of the man or woman making a claim/ charge against me? Can you tell me why the papers you sent me have Regina v Niall DIXON written on them if the power was transferred to Brussels on November 1st 2014, who is Regina? I have not received a summons from the court for 13th November and have no intention of being involved in a European court which has no jurisdiction over me, please let me know if you think they do have jurisdiction over me & why & who gives them that authority? As I have already explained, I have not received a summons nor even been asked to attend court & Im not obligated to take any time out of my day or worse spend an entire day of valuable time entertaining some unsubstantiated request based on nothing more than a perception that these people have assumed an authority to demand my attendance, if you have been sent a summons or an order, from where did you receive it & under whose authority has it been issued? Any such demand for my attendance is refused for cause and for clarification Before we proceed in any type of court , admiralty , provincial , supreme, civil family or whatever type of label they decide to claim authority over you first need to establish two things , Jurisdiction and supremacy. What language ( jurisdiction ) will be used and who has supremacy ( authority ) and where does it come from ? I have been asking this since July & have still not received a straight answer I have a right and a duty to ask these questions and asking pertinent questions that otherwise would allow a violation of my body and dignity are absolutely relevant and acceptable terms . All claims need to be substantiated prior to acceptance , that is “refused for cause and clarification” of all offers from the state , tickets, fines, summons, charges and orders. Asking questions prior to allowing someone to pass judgement against you is an absolute necessity and if they do not or cannot answer your questions appropriately or validate their claim that they have an authority over you tells you that they simple do not. I have LAWFUL EXCUSE given by the Monarchy itself & I am using it - “together with the community of the whole realm, distrain and distress us in all possible ways, namely, by seizing our castles, lands, possessions, and in any other way they can, until redress has been obtained as they see fit...” Article 61 Magna Carta 1215 redress can only be the complete withdrawal from the EU and ALL of its legislation... seize is to take and hold Distress is any action which causes the system itself some sort of damage or inconvenience The next part (not shown) says saving only the monarch and queen and their children which basically means you must not do any physical harm to them...but it doesnt cover ANYONE else who is acting for the Monarch and refusing to go into Lawful Rebellion... they are NO LONGER under the Monarchs protection as the Monarch has ORDERED everyone to join into LR...you therefore have the LAWFUL EXCUSE of actually doing the Monarchs will by your actions....strange little thing to have included but it was included and you can see why successive parliaments have attempted to claim it does not exist due to repeal...it cannot be repealed by Parliament as it was not made by parliament in the first place...it is one of OUR constitutional safeguards and we should use it to its fullest extent... the alternative is actual Civil War and I am against violence and war. We are able/ will use the state of Lawful Rebellion to its fullest advantage (including all its arguments and outcomes) we are /have been dropped into a constitutional black hole...we now simply return to our original position as the people of the land but we do NOT have a Monarchy which can rule over us with any form of legitimacy. These are important issues which need to be brought into court as there are no constitutional courts in this land, I have reported the crimes to police but received no response and when I wrote to and reported the same to Superintendent Will Schofield of Portsmouth district police on 12th September asking if any of his officers of the six I sent the information to or himself were investigating my claims on October 31, 2014 he replied - After careful consideration, the matter will not be progressed further so we have a police force unwilling to investigate crimes of sedition, treason and fraud and from what I can tell solicitors who act contrary to the rule of law and will not act in defence of the common law which is supporting treason and an illegitimate authority of EU rule due to the constitution. I would be grateful if you could answer all questions as they are important in working out the legitimacy of the court which is my right & if any of the questions are too hard please forward them to the court to answer, please do that anyway as they dont respond to me for some reason, Im not saying I wont attend but I am asking for a valid reason why I should & have been since July and these questions need answering first.
