Today Justice was Served. Finally there is a Judge that will not be swayed or manipulated by Criminal Activities against the Elderly and there families. The IHSS Caregiver and her boyfriend we evicted from the property and made to pay all my Attorney Fees, Court Costs and past due rent and other experiences. While at the hearing for the Restraining Order the Caregiver tried to serve me and my Attorney a new rental agreement that she had prepared fraudulently. First the Judge granted me the Restraining Order for three years. Then he started in with the other Criminal Activities. Pointing out that the Caregivers Employment ended and she was supposed to move out in three days as requested by the family. The Judge went on to inform her that her actions have resulted in additional costs to herself and that her Criminal Actives are Felony Acts. I learned a very hard lesson today. Always write a contract with anyone who is taking care of your loved ones. That way you dont have to go to court. You just call the Police and have them removed!
