Today, fast-food workers across the country walked off their jobs demanding a $15-an-hour minimum wage and the right to form a union. UUSC stands in solidarity with these workers who are building a movement to ensure the millions of workers in the restaurant industry have access to a living wage and the right to organize, two key pillars of our economic justice work. We echo the words of workers across the country who are saying it is immoral for someone to work full time and live in poverty. #StrikeFastFood
