These interviews were also captured on video, a resource the team uses to this day as a reference point for any new situations that may arise. I remember telling someone a few years ago that I thought all of the virtual assistant apps were terrible and that the first thing Id do if I wanted to design one was become someones executive assistant for a week or two. Seems like Microsoft actually thought of this sort of thing.
