Today in my PiYo/Inversion practice and in my life I am focused on my intention to be present. To trust each step. To stay present for each moment of this incredible journey. We dont go from one place to another in a single gigantic leap. We get there in increments, by going through each feeling, each belief, each experience one step at a time. My hope for you is that you stay present for each step of your journey. Trust each stage. Trust the process.
