Today is International Infant and Pregnancy Loss Awareness Day. Tonight at a candlelight vigil in Nampa I was thinking of this song by Matt Redman. At a Casting Crowns concert I heard him testify that he wrote this song right after he and his wife experienced their fourth miscarriage. Knowing the story behind the song gives power and depth to the lyrics. Its comforting to know that we serve a God who walks with us through the brokenness of life.
