Today is the first day in about 6 weeks that when i got up my left foot didnt hurt, feel tender or bother me one bit. Random but that is good, yes? Maybe its the cold wet weather we have this morning. Either way, i have not been able to run pain free since moving to marion and i cut out the run entirely recently thus not tapping into the euphoric feelings i am use to feeling when i do run ( very different then the ones i feel on the bike and swim). Going to continue to not run for awhile more and baby this left heel and hopefully start up again in november.
