Today marks 90 days of my new life. I was a college athlete and 3 years ago due to medical issues (BRCA 1 gene, double mastectomy, hysterectomy and hypothyroid) I gained 35 pounds. I knew this was not a weight loss program but I also knew that weight loss is a huge benefit. This program does not cure anything. But when you put the best nutrition in your body possible amazing things happen, like made my body work again! I owe many thanks to my friend Adrienne who introduced this program to me and has been my coach, to Cindy who has been my partner in crime and we kept each other accountable and Kevin, my husband who has been on this journey with me and has has had his own amazing success. My children benefit from these products as well and this is a family affair. Best program ever!
