Today marks my 1yr anniversary from the time I separated from the US Army and became Mr. Vinziant again. During that 12mo, Ive spent all of that time here in Kabul Afghanistan. Prior to that year, I was mentally prepared to do 20yrs and retire but my goals changed and suddenly, the military wasnt the vehicle to my previously envisioned path to success in life. Ive experienced a lot of mental and physical change and at times its been a roller coaster but if youre living instead of just existing thats what life is about. What were you doing last year this time? Are you in a better position now than you were then? It doesnt matter either way because you cant let your good enoughs allow you to remain where you are at the present moment. Make sure that what youre doing right now is aligned with your goals for the future. If not, then today is another opportunity to adjust and refocus your plan to get your destiny.
