Today, my thoughts and prayers are with the people of Israel as Hamas once again fires rockets on Israeli citizens. Israel has a right to self defense against these unprovoked attacks from terrorists and other enemies of peace. The United States must stand with our most reliable ally in the Middle East during this difficult time. As long as the Palestinian Authority is unified with Hamas, the United States should immediately cease all foreign aid to the Palestinian Authority.
