Today the Board of Commissioners directed the County Manager and staff to develop a Resolution to create and Advisory Board to review the Draft Title 15 Land Use and Development Code. The Board has given instruction for this Advisory Board to review the draft code and make recommendations for changes, deletions, additions, etc. The Advisory Board will be made up of: 1 Citizen from West Central Lyon County 1 Citizen from East Central Lyon County 1 Citizen from South County Northern Nevada Development Authority Builders Association of Western Nevada Nevada Dairy Association Nevada Cattlemens Association Farm Bureau Lyon County Mining Association Each Chamber of Commerce 1 Planning Commissioner 1 County Commissioner There may be additional positions in the future. The County Manager will provide the Board with a resolution and bylaws at the June 19, 2014 Meeting
