Today was a good day. Kylie started her first dose of what we are - TopicsExpress

Today was a good day. Kylie started her first dose of what we are praying will be her last round of chemo ever! This round is 5 days and shouldnt mess with her counts too much. She also had a special visitor. Her name is Maes Journey and she is a fellow neuroblastoma fighter. Mae and Kylie have been with each other practically from the beginning when they were both in SD at the same small hospital. They are only 5 months apart and were the only two NB kids in the small 20 room pediatrics ward. This is the first time ever that they got to play together and omg they were SO sweet with each other. It was so nice to see Kylie playing with another kiddo. Its been 4 months too long. We are hoping to get more play dates in in the next few weeks while they are here in NY. Kylie and Mae are both waiting on their bone marrow results.. We are hoping they will be tomorrow. Please pray that both these girls get the news they have worked so hard for over the last 7 months. Thank you all so much for the continued support, love and prayer that continues to fill our hearts each day. We are so blessed and forever grateful for each of you!
