Today was day 16 of PiYo. Let me just be the first to say DO NOT underestimate this program. Even though is given the title as low impact I feel my body going through amazing changes. I was sharing with my fiancé that even though Im not lifting any weights, Im seeing SO much definition all around my body. Its the weirdest thing , cant complain though . The workout today was called buns and yep, my entire lower body was in shock. I can see now that the first weeks of PiYo we are learning the foundation of certain movements so that then we can increase our strength. Every move in the program was carefully thought out, it all has a purpose! Ohhhh and extra kuddos for PiYo soluble the workouts are 20 to 30 minutes long! I cant wait to share my 30 day progress with a with you, Im kinda nervous yet excited at the same time. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Ps. Who else loves Hillsong United!?!?
