Today workout by joe silks lion Rrrraaaaaa warmup/stretch lay face down holding body just off ground -10 count. Sprint 20m. 10 push-ups 20 lunge jumps(alternate 10 each leg) 10 ab crunches( raise knees to meet elbows if possible ) 10m commando crawl. 20m sprint. 10 close hand push-ups ( triceps) 1min rest Repeat 5x This ones a little bit harder than last one share your comments on and let us know how you go enjoy :)
