Today wraps up the fermentation projects for the next couple of weeks. A 2 liter jar and a 1.5 liter jar (4/5 full each) of salsa, and a 1 liter jar of dilly beans. I moved the carrots and peppers from last week into the fridge and will let them rest in there for a month or so before I start eating them. In other news, while making the dilly beans, I looked over to see the lion and the lamb lying down together on the rug in the hallway where they could watch me. There was maybe an inch or two between them.
