Todays Ranger Rings workout was on the Quick Adjust Webbing System inside the Power Club fitness center in Panama City, Panama. Routine was for 300 total reps in one hour or less, with 50 reps each of pull ups, abs/core, dips, lat rows, push ups and chest flies. Essentially you move at your own pace trying to get the 50 reps of each exercise done in 10 minutes or less. That will get you the full 300 reps in one hour. I completed the routine today in 56 minutes. You can perform over 20 different exercises on the Ranger Rings with Quick Adjust Webbing in your home, in a gym, or when traveling. Here are some of the push ups.
