Tonight I made a dinner that Ive never made. Leftover turkey got used ... In the pan went Olive oil ... threw in 3 cloves of garlic ... a shot of whisky ... a couple teaspoons of honey ... sauteed red belle peppers ... then a bottle of Bertolli alfredo sauce ... salt and pepper. Then pulled apart the already tender turkey and distributed through the sauce and let cook for a 1/2 hour. Put it over Barilla plus noodles (Noodles made from chic peas / lentils and spelt) and it was a taste of heaven. Also had Red Belle Peppers and Greek Olives with Honey Ginger Dressing to dip in as an appetizer
