Tonights workout was hard to start and complete, I spent most of my day loosening up from last night 😥😧 Bodyweight exercises: 50min Sports training 30min abs work Push ups & pull ups Olympic lifts: Back squat 3×fail Hang snatch 3xfail Halting snatch deadlift 3×fail Overhead squat 3×fail Yoga: Bubble Butt Impact Workout Interval Training youtu.be/Rl4hTozGlsU Im now very excited for another 2 days of rest and feasting :)
