Top of the mornin to ALL my F.B. fam......have a question......what is the purpose of reading the NIV. Bible when this bible takes out at least two thousand words that ARE in the King James Bible....(the original bible). the meaning differs when the words are changed, which means your not getting out of it what the LORD says that you would from HIS WORD....they SAY it is easier to read than the King James.....but my thing is if its different how can you use that book as a learning tool or anything else.....GOD gives us EVERYTHING we need to understand his word....even children can understand IF you ask for WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING...its NOT DIFFICULT....I compared the two word for word and a LOT of what the NIV takes out to replace the words in the King James is VERY UNNECESSARY...NO POINT.....if we read the last few verses of the book of Revelation it tells you specifically that if ANYONE takes or adds to HIS WORD....there name SHALL be taken out of the book of LIFE.....GOD is not playing.....we need to make a decision as followers......do we BELIEVE that GOD can give us understanding and wisdom from HIS ORIGINAL WORD or not....because if we REALLY believed that....is there really any need for the NIV or ANY OTHER bible to be read......except for the understanding as to WHY others may want to read other doctrines that goes AGAINST what GOD says in HIS WORD...just trying to understand....not trying to offend ANYONE......HAVE A BLESSED DAY....
