Training tip of the day: Keep a journal. If youre serious about your training, you already keep records of your exercises, sets, reps and loads. If youre serious about improving your body composition, youll do the same for your meals. There are a number of online programs and mobile apps you can use to make this simple, although even pencil-and-paper will do. If you need to tweak your program (and most people do, at some point), your journal will provide you with valuable insights on how to do it. Do you keep a journal?
