Troop 464 Gives Back in a Big Way The Scouts of Troop 464, based in Ruthsburg, MD serving the communities of Church Hill, Ridgley and Centreville, have had a couple of busy weeks racking up service hours on a wide array of community projects -- 7 different projects in all. Doing A Good Turn Daily is the BSA slogan and the Scouts of 464 continue to take that to heart and over the last couple of weeks have amassed 296 hours of service to local communities.
