Trouble swallowing capsules or pills? When I started the Juice Plus capsules of two formulas of concentrated fruits, and a third capsule of concentrated vegetables, I opened each of them up and tasted them. Wow, are they strong, especially the vegetable one! I couldnt imagine anyone opening up the capsules instead of swallowing them. There are so many live enzymes in the ingredients that they eat trough the vegetarian capsules which some people prefer or have allergic reactions to the standard capsule all companys use. . But, I do give my cat 1/3 of a vegetable blend with his moist food and hes a very healthy cat. He tolerates the taste just fine. Today Bob and I experimented. He has a very small throat and the muscles can be affected by an autoimmune condition he has. We have family who have difficulty swallowing pills, too. We opened up six capsules, two of each formula, and put them in a Dutch Chocolate Smoothie with 12 ounces of rice milk. Amazing! It neutralized the sweetness and a slight change in the flavor! So if swallowing too many pills or capsules is a challenge for you, try what we did. Youll like it and your body will reward you with improved health!
