Turn Your Battles Over To God Battles to be fought, day-by-day, Threats pass throughout the night. Life is passing away with each second, We need to keep hope in sight. Absent from the knowledge of God Doting on dreams. The light is Jesus and the darkness is Satan, Which one is your team? Lies and truth do not mix, Neither does hate and love. Temptations are encountered, To be deceived is from the devil and not from above. You can turn your battles over to God, When Satan traps you through your thoughts. God can give you the grace you need, Call out to him for his mercy; with a price you were bought. Call out to God and leave the devil, If you feel defeated and alone. It takes a prayer of forgiveness, That comes from his throne. We are required to forgive others, Even if it is seventy times seven each day. It is wonderful to know that God is on our side, “Get behind thee Satan,” is all we have to say. His time soon will be ended, Therefore he is on a warpath. Satan knows God has won all of the battles, And will endure God’s wrath. There is no tomorrow, It is always today. Live as if it is the last, God has won the battles and he is here to stay. Fill your cup with a daily prayer of thanks, Jesus is always with you. His royal rights will never be defeated, His word is plain and true. Satan is afraid and trembles, He wants you to live in hell. In times of trial do not be lonely, Reach out to Jesus and peace within shall dwell. It will soon be over, But you can be set free. Give your battles to God, Satan will have to flee. Hold fast to his words, Do not let Satan rob you. Keep hold on your sword and shield, God is the only one to get you through. Battles of the world and yours, We will be in heaven praising God forever because he has won. Give your battles to God, Satan is defeated, praise God it is done.
