Two 8th-graders at IS117 in the Bronx will not be graduating with their classmates next week. 14-year old Timothy Crump is dead and 14-year old Noel Estavez is charged with murder. Police say as school let out yesterday Estavez plunged a knife into Crump over and over again. There are reports that Estavez was despondent and afraid to go to school because Crump had been bullying him. One of the suspects neighbors tells 1010 WINS, Estavez said, Im scared, theyre constantly always threatening me, theyre gonna kill me.
