Two birthday cake creations for the year for my boys Addison 4 and Preston 2. Both very simple yet very effective! Construction cake (two layer chocolate cake, cream in the middle, various chocolates to decorate with chocolate frosting) - simply pull out a chuck of the cake and place it as a mound on another section. Decorate with a toy truck and spread some love with chocolate!! Very quick to make!! And the other I found the idea on Pinterest (I needed something really quick!) These are cupcakes arranged with ice-cream cones then decorated to look like scoops of ice-cream. Different coloured frostings and sprinkles etc (gum balls at the top)... really easy and was great to share :)
