Two favorites released October 1970 (exact date not documented): EMERSON, LAKE & PALMER. The debut album by a very different kind of super group - power trio. Featuring Keith Emerson (ex Nice), Greg Lake (ex King Crimson) and Carl Palmer (ex Atomic Rooster). Spawned the classic Lucky Man which included the iconic Moog solo. UFO 1. Their debut album. A very low budget affair and nothing like what the band would eventually be known for. But the album sold well in Germany and Japan. The band then featured Mick Bolton on guitar (who would later became Paul Chapmans guitar tech).
