Two questions: what makes a law school national? And, does the mere addition of the word national confer it with an allegedly higher quality than other law schools? (apart from other perks such as being part of the privileged CLAT process). The answer cannot simply hinge on a piece of state legislation that vest these institutions with the epithet national. Reasonable classification? Rational nexus with object? Time for a writ?
