Two verses that so closely resonate to the season I am in right now are these: Psalm 46:10-Be Still and know that I am God. Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for me, I only need to Be Still. Mary is a great example to presenting our problems to Jesus. In John 2:3, Mary took her concerns to Jesus regarding the empty wine vats. She didnt demand anything of Jesus, she didnt tell Him what to do, she simply: Presented the problem, she went first, in Faith, to Jesus, leaving it there in His hands, fully trusting in Him. Maybe you, like me, have presented your concerns and in action, word or even thought, taken those concerns back in your own hands? Like all other disciplines, this is definitely a heart condition, requiring Faith, Trust and Patience. Maybe you have been the Cornerstone in your life or marriage. You have been the peace maker, the problem solver, the go to. I believe God is inviting each of us today to allow Him to be our Cornerstone. In a season of learning to just Be Still. To leave those concerns peacefully at the feet of Jesus, to walk away knowing Hes got this. Knowing His thoughts about me are more grand than Im even capable of comprehending. This morning, Im inviting all of you beauties to do the same. I love you all!
