Ty, I’m so sorry to hear your and your girlfriend’s - TopicsExpress

Ty, I’m so sorry to hear your and your girlfriend’s visit to our Greensburg, PA bakery-cafe (#4327) was disappointing. I understand how important it is for our bakery-cafes to provide a convenient experience and courteous service. When mistakes do happen, it’s up to us to make them right. The last thing we want is for a guest to leave our bakery-cafe still hungry, without their delicious Broccoli Cheddar Soup. In short, we want your visit to Panera Bread to be warm and relaxing with friendly service and deliciously handcrafted food you can enjoy and feel good about. It sounds like we fell short this time, and I’m sorry we let you down. This location is owned and operated by a franchisee who’s partnered with Panera Bread to bring you a great experience and ensure your voice is heard. Ive shared your feedback with the representative overseeing this location who will be eager to address this with their team. Though mistakes sometimes occur, we all want to make sure you visit us again, and that your next Panera Bread experience is a great one. Additionally, Id love to invite you to visit us again. May I send you a Panera Bread eGift Card? Though I know that isnt the reason for your email, I would like the opportunity to make up for your disappointment. Ill look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Christine Wilmes
