UK friends..dont bypass this letter because its slightly boring...addressed to No 10...or simply because its politics...it is relevant and happening and the frightening thing is, it is not being addressed...it is about us....or it could be about us...your daughter...your parent...your child...your grandchild...I look at my almost 90 year old dad..he does his best...but to comprehend and act upon what is suggested to be the route for the elderly in this letter is, right now, completely beyond him and would frighten life out of him. How would I feel if my daughter had to resort to prostitution to feed her child..luckily I dont have to even think of it...but it cuts to the core to think there are girls having to do this....I came from the Third World...I didnt bloody think I was going to step right back into it within ten years....without having to jump continents... I look around the World at people who have said as a nation ENOUGH... when will this happen in the UK?...
