Anyway, the Presidential Convoy has been blocked as a man madly drove a Tractor into the road when he saw the convoy approaching causing Panic among the Presidential guard squad. The group operating the Road Construction Tractor took off running into the swamp neighbouring my home, one has been arrested but intrestingly the number plate on the Machine was fake a as genuine one was concelled under the fake one!!
