If they granted TPS to Honduras and Nicaragua when these 2 countries where hit by Hurricane Mitch in 1998, they should also do this to the Philippines which suffered the same fate. After calling the State Dept., please participate in phone banking which means that u need to call all your friends and family to also call the State Department.
