US administration trying to scare Russians with threat of further sanctions. Rhetoric is what we hear and no concrete proof Putin has any hand in the unrest in Eastern Ukraine? He has that much influence or the people themselves desire a change in the status quo? Putin amasses troops on Russias own side of the border to secure a territory that recently and willingly chose sides....so what? Ukraine should just get her divided house in order.
