Ultra training is tough, my unconventional training methods have paid off huge dividends. But, today i was feeling tired and unmotivated to get out there. Had a hard time even getting to the gym. Didnt feel like running but had to get it done. Started off with deadlift for strength but I could not hold 285 lbs due to my healing but still weak wrist.....so i got pissed off. Focused..changed up the grip and then... 405 lbs for 3 reps max then WOD 3 rounds for time...5:14 5x 135lbs thrusters 10 toes to bars 15 kettlebell swings at 32kg then run workout 1600m 3min recovery 800m 3min recovery 1600m recover on the way home...workout total..26.36 Sometimes youve just got to get out of your own way.
