Underground home construction is now much more sustainable and has a much smaller carbon footprint because, of a new non toxic printing process using sand and non toxic liquid compound applied in alternating levels instead of cement and steel bar construction tech. The patterns possible are computer controlled structures and very structurally capable of supporting a load bearing form. The Hobbit house has never been so attainable, inexpensive and healthy as it is now. The technique currently is creating imitation coral patterns for fish and ocean life. Future plans include low cost housing using on site soil, non toxic liquid solution and structural printing apparatus that is shared from community to community or individual to individual. A change it is a coming to a twisted moneyed interest world and it is good.
