Unlike a lot of powerlifters, I have no disdain for crossfit, really. However, that could change. Apparently some Crossfit people are trying to compare Rich Froning to Klokov. Listen, on Fronings best day he couldnt wash Klokovs dirty socks on a day where Klokov had downed a gallon of cheap Russian vodka. He couldnt carry Klokovs sandwich, or lick his car windows clean. If Klokov lost an arm and a leg, then maybe...and its just maybe. And thatd only be after Klokov barely lost a 15 round fight to an in his prime Mike Tyson. Ive defended Crossfit many times in the past. This wont continue if I hear more nonsense like this.
