Update: my heart had no blockage. Dr said have to work on getting and keeping the blood pressure down and to avoid stress. Taking two Bp meds and anxiety meds for this. Rest this weekend and follow up Monday with my doctors for step two which involves going to a gastrologist and a blood specialist to find the cause and fix my anemia in my blood. May have to get a transfusion of platelets because mine are so low but we are on track to correct the problem and hopefully ill be healthy again so I can focus on changing my diet and exercise plans. Thanks for all the love, support and prayers. Feeling better but exhausted tonight.
