Update on Jake! As you can see, we dont have the hard collar on right now. He was not eating. So, during the day for a few hours, he wears a shirt and a baby diaper, i connect the two so they dont fall off. This has allowed him play time and grooming tiime without disturbing his surgery site. I was getting concerned with him seeming very depressed. So i called the vet and this is what he suggested. He is much happier, eating and playing. I take it off and put the collar back on when he meows at his litter box. He is so happy and comfortable now!
