Urban Evolution will be hosting its fifth annual Valentine’s Day Event! Couples and singles who want to skip the restaurant wait list and the prix-fixe wannabe fancy menus and try something different. Acro Sutra is a very unique session of acro balancing and stretches for couples and friends. The idea behind Acro Sutra is one person lies on his or her back (the “base”) and lifts the other intro various poses. It’s exhilarating! You and your partner will build trust and get a great workout while doing something unique and romantic, all at the same time! Get sweaty with your sweetie at Urban Evolution! Alexandria: February 14th, 2015 – 6pm-8pm Baltimore: February 13th, 2015 – 7pm-9pm Manassas: February 14th, 2015 – 5pm-7pm There will be parkour activities for the kids (ages 6-14) 0f participating parents only and refreshments afterwards.
