Utility Telephone is seeking motivated, tech-savvy tech support team supervisors for our Stockton call center and engineering office. Some of the duties include: 1. Overseeing scheduling and staff concerns 2. Motivating staff by setting goals and rewards 3. Reporting status of ticket load to management 4. Suggesting ways to improve operations 5. Writing operational procedures 6. Managing long-term goals by instilling organization and routine methods to daily work 7. Handling important short-term issues with a sense of urgency and on-your-feet thinking 8. Escalating customer issues within the organization by being the customers advocate The staff you are overseeing is responsible for: 1. Receiving enquiries from business-only customers (not general consumers) 2. Opening maintenance and request tickets from customers3. 3. Communicating with employees, vendors and outside companies 4. Troubleshooting technical issues with VoIP, Internet and MPLS networks 5. Working on routers, switches, DSLAM and voice switching equipment 6. Seeing issues to resolution and customer satisfaction If you have natural curiosity, excellent telephone, computer and smart-phone technology skills and a dogged determination to see customers thrilled, we want to see your resume.
