VIRTUAL PUBLIC SCHOOLS?? Can that REALLY happen now? --Technology, Curriculum and Testing can all be controlled Centrally and aligned to Common Core in local schools that sign the pledge. Minnesota -- a classroom teacher is reporting that Minnesota has a high level tech plan in place already and the Minnetonka School district has publicly announced they will be completely virtual soon. Oklahoma -- State Supt. Janet Barresi said “Oklahoma schools can learn a lot from an Arizona school with 350 students and only six teachers. Barresi talked about the Carpe Diem secondary school in Yuma, Arizona” –Norman Transcript, August 12, 2011 Texas -- the CSCOPE curriculum delivered via technology was in 85% of the schools before the state legislature started acting in response to parent and teacher opposition. President Obamas is going straight to local school superintendents to overcome States rejecting the central plans of Common Core. His Federally controlled plan for high level technology delivered curriculum and testing day-by-day is NOW being pushed hard through a letter to every school superintendent and even an online sign up for a pledge to participate.
