VIVARAN - JEEVAN Project Development Process In Caritas India we strongly live by and advocate one principle that we are all One Caritas. To prove this two of Caritas India’s Cluster Projects Harit Prayas from Madhya Pradesh and JEEVAN from Maharashtra came together to be part of the Project Proposal Process. Harit Prayas is working towards their Second Phase while JEEVAN is a new development Initiative in 6 Diocese of Maharashtra. The process began with a Baseline Training workshop in Pune from the 23rd – 25th of August where the Partners developed their own specific Baseline Questionnaire and even had a field test. After this all the Partners began their Baseline Survey. This was followed by the Data Entry. The Final Step before Submission of the Project to Caritas Spain was Proposal Formulation. It was from the 3rd to the 6th of October at the Animation and Renewal Centre in Panvel. The Outcomes Achieved during this workshop were: 1. Analysis of (100%) baseline situation 2. Understanding & developing Log Frame with baseline status and indicators based on baseline. 3. Understanding budget and developing it as per objectives and activities. The partners poured everything into their project proposals and it’s a testament to their hard work during the entire process.
